Vision
SALT’s development process begins with identifying all possible project types, given the unique characteristics associated with a location site. This requires understanding market demands and trends, community and local government objectives, and current investor and financial capacity/terms. SALT takes a holistic approach to determine the optimum design solution and the right design team to execute the right vision.
Transparency
SALT provides transparent accountability in each step of the development process. Clear communication and reporting formats make what is often very complex… simple. From initial pro forma assumptions, preconstruction modeling, to the final budgets and schedules, all stakeholders have a complete understanding of all the details that comprise the “big picture”.

SALT knows that wisdom is found in a multitude of counsel. So we encourage the participation of a wide spectrum of stakeholders early when determining project objectives. We facilitate numerous and frequent design charrettes that include brokers, designers, contractors, customers, consultants and city managers. Our leadership style is known to be very collaborative when determining the optimum design solution and then equally decisive once the project has launched.
